General Descripti o n / Pu r p o se The VP / Director of Land Acquisitions will pro v ide t he leadershi p , managem e nt a nd v ision n e ce s sary to id e ntif y , researc h , a nd ac q uire land for the development and growth  of ONX  Ho m es. The VP / Director of Land Acquisitions will be a key dri v er in pur s uing both direct land purchases and co - development oppor t unities with local la n downers / de v elopers who c o ntrol de v elop e d or devel o p a ble lots . The VP / Director will lead the Central Florida operation for ONX Homes with responsibility for all major markets including Orlando, Tampa and Fort Myers. This is a tremendous ground floor opportunity with a company that is scaling to grow into a national homebuilder. • Bac h elor's d eg ree in b usiness, fin a nc e , real estate or a rel a ted field
• 10 years gen e ral experience in the single-f a mily home buildin g / de v elo p ment sec t or
• Specif i c exper i ence in t he ar e as of bu s iness de v elop m en t , in v estor sales, land a n d / or p r operty a c q uisitions or real estate development.
• Self-direct e d a nd moti v ated i ndi v idual with the ability to w ork i n dep e nd e ntly with a mini m um le v el of d irect supervision.
• Demonstrat e d ability in bu i l ding bu s iness partnersh i ps a nd fosteri n g s t rong relati o nships with in ve stors, v endors, political c o nn e ctio n s, a n d p o tenti a l bu s iness p ar t ners.
