The Technical Operations Specialist is a key member of the team and is responsible for the day-to-day operational business tasks and helping make sure the production systems are operating successfully. This role will serve as an escalation point for any system related issues that take place and troubleshoot the issue through resolution. The technical operations team is responsible for monitoring and validating critical jobs and other system processes to ensure successful completion. If any failures take place, the Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving the issue. The role will interface with external customers, implementations, finance, client services, support operations, technology development, product, and other service delivery team members throughout our Onyx organization. |

Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk either remotely or in an office setting. While working from home, a stable internet connection is required. Travel for this position is less than 10%. This position is hybrid in office and remote. While this position primarily works normal US business hours, some schedule flexibility is required to support an on-call rotation that is required to respond to and resolve critical production issues after normal business hours. Including weekend rotations. |
