Key Responsibilities

- Oversee quantity takeoff, contract negotiation, and buyout processes to ensure accurate estimates.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in public or private site work.
- Prior experience on MADOT projects is a plus.
