Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling techniques to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
- Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on B2B and technology sales
- Proficient in negotiation and telemarketing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Experience in outbound calling and business development strategies
- Ability to effectively engage in warm calling and marketing initiatives

Pay: $37,475.66 - $100,000.00 per year
