Sales Associate:

We are seeking a diligent, coachable and highly motivated individual who has the passion and drive for Sales. Candidates will have opportunity for future growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling techniques to generate leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on B2B and technology sales
  • Proficient in negotiation and telemarketing techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience in outbound calling and business development strategies
  • Ability to effectively engage in warm calling and marketing initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,475.66 - $100,000.00 per year
