The Customer Service Representative will represent Onyx Packaging to the customer and act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales and operations teams. As a CSR, you will be tasked with answering product and service questions, processing orders, preparing quotes and fulfilling customer needs to ensure complete costumer satisfaction. You will have constant communication internally, with customers and with vendors.
