Job Description :
We are looking for the next strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. Are you someone with a high level of curiosity and canny ability to ask all the right questions? Responsibilities :
- Maintain a budget control over the administrative spend
- Ensure accuracy with classifying GLs on orders
- Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers
- Perform all duties regarding the sourcing of goods for clients
- Compare data provided by multiple vendors to determine best proposal
- Working with contract team as needed for contract related procurement issues
- Managing daily que of sourcing requests from direct email and task management workflow
- Ensuring timely completion of requests
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
