About the Role:


We seek a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team and lead the development of embedded hardware solutions for wearables and IoT devices. This role will focus on PCB design, RF performance optimization, and power efficiency, ensuring our products meet industry standards and certification requirements. You will work closely with firmware, product, and software development teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality hardware solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multi-layer (4 ) PCB layouts for wearable and IoT embedded systems, ensuring high-speed signal integrity and power distribution.
  • Develop and optimize RF board designs, ensuring compliance with FCC, CE, and other regulatory certifications.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance hardware performance, including signal integrity, EMI mitigation, and power management.
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to validate hardware functionality and improve system-level performance.
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure successful production, quality control, and scalability of hardware components.


Must-Have:
  • 5 years of experience in PCB design (4 layers) with a deep understanding of high-speed signal integrity & power distribution.
  • Proven experience in RF board design for wearables, IoT, or low-power embedded systems.
  • Hands-on experience developing products that have successfully passed FCC/CE certifications.


Nice to Have:
  • Experience using Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) to tune antennas.
  • Ability to write firmware for testing RF components and sensors.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols: WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular, UWB, GNSS.
  • Experience in RTOS-based embedded systems and power-optimized firmware development.
  • Familiarity with BLE & WiFi at the firmware level.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis & motion-based algorithms in testing/validation.
  • Ability to perform minor modifications on PCBs with small SMD components (0402, 0.5mm pitch or smaller).
