Audio Video Project Manager
Role Responsibilities
- Receive internal project requests and confirm requirements.
- Communicate with AV vendors to secure pricing, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare internal estimates for account teams.
- Manage AV installations:
- Create hardware/content maps based on floor plans.
- Arrange calls with on-site contacts and follow up on progress.
- Document and maintain project details (e.g., rental orders, packing lists, vendor invoices).
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, including evening/weekend availability when necessary. Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of AV equipment in trade show and permanent installation contexts.
