Audio Video Project Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Receive internal project requests and confirm requirements.
• Communicate with AV vendors to secure pricing, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare internal estimates for account teams.
• Manage AV installations:
• Create hardware/content maps based on floor plans.
• Arrange calls with on-site contacts and follow up on progress.
  
  

Location

• Document and maintain project details (e.g., rental orders, packing lists, vendor invoices).
• Troubleshoot on-site issues, including evening/weekend availability when necessary. Required Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of AV equipment in trade show and permanent installation contexts.
