The contract administrator will be responsible for executing and maintaining the contracts portfolio and ensuring contracts are executed properly.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills and demonstrate a solid understanding of how to create proposals and statements of work and work with vendors and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable working in a space of ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Provides contract leadership on a portfolio of highly complex contracts and proposals.
- Independently manage all contracts from inception to termination and perform day-to-day contract administration.
- Proposal preparation and review and ensures contract compliance; proactively identifies and mitigates execution risks and any other specific contract terms risks.
- Engages with stakeholders and manages customer relationships and functional support.
- Exercise initiative, participate in strategy development of contracts and budget, and work independently.
- Develops and maintains contracting playbooks, including best practices and unique business issues.
- Create reports to update leadership on contract-related metrics and forecast contracts.
- Trained, mentored, and coached internal teams on contract processes and best practices.
- Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts.
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 5 years of experience in contract management, supporting a wide range of transactional matters.
- Experience managing processes, identifying and implementing process improvements, and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role.
