Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and ongoing management of new technology experiences/demos in the Executive Briefing Centers in Burlingame, CA and London, UK.
- Support general operation and performance of demos and experiences, including regular testing/troubleshooting, software updates, and experience onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage and translate demo requirements and tech specs from internal cross-functional partners to best integrate and showcase experiences in the Executive Briefing Centers.
- Support the identification, evaluation, and revision of briefing demo content library.
- Prepare/write scripts for various demos and experiences; package up materials including best practices, training, and other documentation to enable demo teams.
- Help develop and maintain scalable technology solutions such as content and device management systems.
- Partner with internal production and technology teams for device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management.
- Support delivery of customer demos in person at the Burlingame Executive Briefing Center, as needed.
- Provide feedback on existing experiences, opportunities for experience improvement, and ongoing ideas for potential new experiences to be integrated.
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in project and program management or equivalent.
- Experience developing and delivering solutions and product demos to customers and/or partners.
- Experience creating scripts, key talking points, and other documentation to support demo or experience delivery.
- Experience with software development process.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving program effectiveness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines amidst a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, plus a talent for collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Knowledge of XR technologies.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
