• Location: 738 Bridgeway Place, Suite 150, Eagle, Idaho 83616
• Job Type: Full-time
• Starting Pay Rate: $19.00/hour, with bi-annual performance reviews
• Training Pay Rate: $11.00/hour during the 4-week training period
• Training Duration: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary)

• Work one-on-one with children in a fun and structured learning environment
• Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Receive ongoing coaching and support from experienced BCBAs

• Education: High school diploma required
• Certification: CPR certification (must be obtained before start date)
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal screening
• Availability: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary)
• Physical Ability: Sit, stand, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technology: Must access online training videos via the internet
• Training & Exam: Complete all new hire training and pass the RBT exam within the required timeframe
