We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding for a growing organization. This role is focused solely on payroll and benefits—no compliance or employee relations responsibilities.
Position: Payroll & Benefits Specialist
📍 Remote (Florida-based preferred)
💼 Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Process multi-state payroll with precision and efficiency.
✔️ Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
✔️ Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
✔️ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
✔️ Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll and benefits operations.
Qualifications:
✅ 2 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for organizations with 150 employees.
✅ Proficiency in payroll systems (BambooHR or similar preferred).
✅ Experience In Benefits Administration And Onboarding Processes.
✅ Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
✅ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
