A full-time Purchasing Agent is needed to assist a well-established and fast paced hotel company located in Portsmouth, NH.
Are you an energetic, detailed oriented and self-motivated administrative professional? if so, you might be the perfect person for our Purchasing Agent position. We are looking to add someone who will report directly to the Purchasing Director. This position can be foundational or intermediate, based on prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders
- Work with vendors in order to facilitate on time deliveries
- Assist with various tasks and projects when necessary
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team environment
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to execute processes to completion
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Food & Beverage or Hotel purchasing experience
