As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be joining an experienced sales team with direct experience growing the business at companies like Aqua, Sailpoint, Okta, and Laceworks. On the back of this experience and our success to date, we've raised over $32M from leading investors including Greylock and Battery Ventures. Your Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, discerning their unique needs, showcasing the product's capabilities, and executing proof of concepts tailored to their specific business objectives.
- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of customers, seamlessly guiding them from the initial setup phase through potential growth avenues and onto successful renewals.
- Actively collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to help shape the technical direction for specialized features as well as the broader platform.
