We are looking to add a Phone Operator to our team. Someone who possesses strong people skills, is comfortable multitasking, and has a knack for recalling information shared. Responsibilities:
- Answering calls using the phone routing system
- Routing calls to appropriate staff
- Taking and routing messages on a timely basis
- Responsible for ensuring phone system is working properly and is set appropriately for after hours
- Responsible for troubleshooting any phone system issues
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous phone experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must possess the desire to see things through to completion and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction/quality of service
