As our Finance and Business Operations leader, you'll act as a player coach, managing a small team of 1 FTE and multiple external consultants and vendors, to manage and oversee our book-keeping, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and strategic finance. You'll work closely with our go-to-market team, especially our Sales and Marketing leaders, to oversee and evolve our operating model and sales targets, GTM dashboards, and investor reporting. This role will require deep ongoing collaboration with our CEO and broader Leadership team. This is a great opportunity for a high-ownership finance practitioner who is excited to have a broad ownership area, set priorities within that ownership, and drive execution within their team and cross-functional partners.

- Lead Finance and deliver high impact initiatives to accelerate the growth of Opal.
- Oversee FP&A.
- Build and track spend against departmental budgets.
