What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Outbound Sales Agent with our team, after you complete our industry-leading, two-month training, you will be set up for success. You will be ready to help us exceed sales goals and you’ll see the results in your own paycheck. The training program includes pest knowledge, emotional intelligence, marketing, as well as how to sell all of our services – which are about more than just pest control!
- Contact current customers to set up Sales Team quality assurance visits.
- Promote our ancillary services (home insulation, attic or crawlspace encapsulation, home repair and building services, wood destroying insect protection systems, etc.) and set up quality assurance visits by our Sales Team.
- Serve as a problem solver for both our technicians and our customers. Remember, you may be selling pest control, but it’s about more than that. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re providing public health and safety solutions for their business and their employees.
- Achieve sales goals by generating and closing sales leads resulting from inquiry calls, e-mails, chats, etc.
- This position is also responsible for answering inbound calls from existing customers regarding their service, billing, scheduling, etc. as well as scheduling pest control service by determining area of service, technician availability, etc.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work onsite in our Antioch, Illinois call center during training period
- Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
- Preferred candidate will have at least 2 years’ call center experience
- Preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of inside sales experience
- Must have advanced keyboarding skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal error rate
Must be able to pass criminal history background check and state-specific drug screen.
Working Environment:
Candidate must be available to work onsite in our call center during training period.
