We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive HR services to 10-15 nursing homes across Missouri and Indiana. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of HR processes, and ability to travel frequently.
Position Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to supervisors and employees. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience, preferably in long-term care, and a proven track record of success in managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing agencies.
- Provide onboarding and orientation training to new hires, including general and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with regional consultants to ensure timely completion of interdepartmental and departmental meetings.
- Act as the facility Grievance Officer and work closely with the Sr. Human Resources to respond to employee concerns.
- Ensure all supervisors are trained in and implement company policies and procedures, including the Personnel Policy Manual, Policy & Procedure, and Employee Handbook.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Human resources experience traveling to support multiple job-sites.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through with excellent attention to detail.
Benefits
