Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce HR/Payroll policies and processes.
- Ensure onboarding and orientation practices are followed.
- Collaborate with regional consultants to complete interdepartmental meetings.
- Act as facility Grievance Officer and respond to concerns.
- Train supervisors on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience in long-term care required.
- Human Resources or related certificate required.
- 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
- Experience traveling to support multiple job-sites.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through.
