Open Arms Health Care, LLC, is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator(s) who will oversee all of the Agency’s scheduling of residential and unlicensed staff members. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, high level of attention to detail, and be an effective multi-tasker.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all scheduling tasks via OAHC’s scheduling tools
- Manage the development of OAHC’s block schedule and provide ongoing administrative support to ensure successful implementation
- Complete scheduling for provider staff members and dual role administrative/provider staff members on a weekly basis
- Generate documentation when service variations occur
- Maintain and administer the absenteeism and lateness assessment worksheet as well as vacation, sick, and bereavement documents
Work Schedule (Hybrid):
- Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- During Covid-19, all OAHC administrators are on a hybrid schedule. Administrators are able to choose which days they work from home and in-office. The current schedule is as follows:
- 2 days per week working from home
- 3 days per week working in-office
- The above mentioned schedule will be instated once the employee completes their on-boarding training
