Job Title: Producer

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and creative Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and have a strong understanding of Christian values. This role involves managing the production of multiple projects, collaborating with a diverse team of editors as well as other departments within the ministry, and ensuring that each project aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Oversee all aspects of production from pre-production through post-production for various projects.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Collaboration

• Work closely with writers, directors, and editors to conceptualize and execute project vision.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment among the production team.

Creative Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content.
• Review scripts and proposals to ensure they align with network values and objectives.

Quality Control

• Ensure high-quality production standards are met throughout the entire process.
• Conduct regular reviews of editing work and provide constructive feedback.

Coordination

• Liaise with various departments (e.g., research and development, social media, graphics) to coordinate promotional efforts for upcoming projects.
• Manage logistics for shoots, including locations, equipment, and talent.

Reporting

• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Prepare and present project evaluations and performance metrics post-completion.

Compliance

• Ensure all productions comply with legal, ethical, and copyright regulations.
• Uphold the mission and values of ODC/TBM network throughout all projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably within a ministry or nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of Christian values and the ability to integrate them into storytelling.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
