Summary
As the Director of Behavioral Health, you will lead, manage, and oversee behavioral health services, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values. This role combines strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management to improve the well-being of individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight:
- Provide clinical supervision of clinical staff and oversee decision-making for complex cases.
- Review and audit clinical notes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Work with BH operational lead to complete yearly provider performance reviews
- Program Development:
- Develop and implement new behavioral health processes and initiatives, including MAT and SUDS programs in coordination with BH operational leadership.
- Manage clinical risk and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Operational Management:
- Co-Facilitate department meetings and oversee Provider performance metrics.
- Manage crisis response efforts, including afterhours calls, patient transfers, consultations, and escalations.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Build interdepartmental relationships to enhance the integration of behavioral health services.
- Act as the point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring the team’s voice is heard and supported.

Education and Experience:
- PhD of, or Doctor of Psychology preferred
- Master's Degree required
- 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health services with supervisory experience is preferred.
