ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Administrative Associate provides support to the development department in the areas of data entry, opening and sorting mail, verifications and postings, printing letters, and handling special mailings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A job description with a full list of responsibilities will be given for review at interviews.
- Maintain donor list with the correct spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other vital information.
- Pick up and drop off mail at the post office.
- Process donor credit cards.
- Process Donations.
- Assist in preparing thank you letters to be mailed: fold, stuff, and add postage, as needed.
- Seek to exemplify Jesus Christ daily and be prepared to share the gospel or pray with others as opportunities arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A visible relationship with Christ and regularly attend a Bible-believing church.
- The ability to share the Gospel as opportunities arise.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.
- A keen eye for detail.

Pay Range: $15.00-$20.00
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
