Duties

- Monitor and administer medication under supervision
- Support individuals with mobility issues and transfers
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
Skills
- Experience in home community care or nursing home settings
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of direct support principles for elderly or disabled individuals
- Familiarity with retirement home environments
