What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Superintendent - Single Family Renovations position at Open House Texas/Atlanta Realty & Investments?
High-volume Real Estate Investment Company is searching for a detailed and proactive Field Superintendent to assist in the growth of our company. A strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks at once, as well as receive and give direction from multiple team members is a must. This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Job Summary :
- Create and utilize a walkthrough spreadsheet to estimate repair costs at properties
- Coordinate, review, schedule any repairs or repair estimates
- Oversee make-ready and prepare properties for leasing
- Conducts final walkthroughs of completed renovation projects on assigned properties.
- Triage or scope recently vacated / move out properties for turns.
- Manage general contractors and vendors to capture assessment information necessary to accurately scope repairs and renovations.
- Create and confirm completion of punch-lists.
- Ultimately responsible for job completions as assigned.
