About the Role
We are currently seeking a seasoned Residential Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our manufactured housing communities in Boone and Huxley, Iowa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including rent collections, distribution of late notices, and filing evictions as needed. You will also be responsible for enforcing Park Rules and Regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents.
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to work closely with our infill team to meet and exceed occupancy projections, and coordinate repairs and renovations in a timely manner. Additionally, you must be able to use computer systems effectively and efficiently, and have negotiation skills for vendor relations as well as home sales.
