This job was posted by : For more information, please see : Under the direction of the Finance Program Manager, the Dispute Resolution Coordinator (DRC) is responsible for processing financial disputes efficiently and accurately. The DRC will maintain and organize records, track data, identify fraud and ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders. The incumbent will be highly organized, proactive, and adept with handling confidential data with discretion and diplomacy.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess delinquent, defaulted, and canceled paymentsReview transactions to detect and rectify fraudulent activityIssue refunds and block fraudulent accounts appropriatelyCreate and maintain shared folders for all disputes, ensuring all communication is documented, stored and organizedUtilize payment processing platforms (Stripe / CyberSource) to process payments and suspend payment plans appropriatelyEnter guest and transaction details into data tracker with accuracyKeep the disputes tracker updated with data detailing the course of action within the resolution processMaintain communication with appropriate internal departments with data related to disputes, delinquencies, defaults and / or cancellationsPerform assigned clerical tasks to support the dispute resolution process as needed
