What You’ll Do
- Be a reporting subject matter expert (SME) for both internal teams and clients.
- Provide reporting education and support to the internal team, ensuring data is used effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, bug fixes, and reporting enhancements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that turn complex data into clear insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business effectiveness.
- Structure large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and actionable insights.
- Maintain and develop views within our Business Intelligence tools.
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data visualization techniques (graphs, infographics, dashboards, etc.).
- Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and FoxPro (or similar technologies).
- Ability to work with large datasets and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Linux and other relevant technologies is a plus.
