Part-Time Social Media & Creative Assistant
I'm looking for a visually driven, detail-oriented intern or part-time assistant to support me across multiple creative projects and brand platforms. This part-time role blends social media planning, content creation, brand storytelling, photo/video support and brand-building—ideal for a young creative with strong taste, an eye for design and a passion for women-led work. If you desire to grow and learn a myriad of skills alongside a multidisciplinary creative director this is the role for you.
You’ll help drive monthly content for the clients across Instagram and LinkedIn, and TikTok, primarily through the creation of Reels, static posts, and Stories using provided photography and brand assets. This position also supports my creative direction and production work, along with the launch of my new lifestyle brand.
What You’ll Work On
Social Media Strategy & Execution for:
- GJWHF – A vibrant network for women in corporate restructuring and investing
- BAX – A bold platform supporting women and minorities in the workplace
Daily Responsibilities
- Create Reels, posts, and Stories using photos provided
- Design assets using Canva
- Write clean, on-brand captions (can use Ai, i will provide written prompts so your ai software understands the brands)
- Schedule and plan monthly content calendars
Creative Support For:
- Personal Brand Launch- A sterling silver luxury accessory, home object brand
- Photo/video jobs and styled productions (set assistance, behind-the-scenes content, visual archiving).
- video work- mainly music videos im directing
- photo shoots- mainly artists and personal art concepts
Requirements
- Must have experience with:
- Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels, running ads)
- LinkedIn (professional tone, formatting, running ads)
- Canva and/or Photoshop
- Comfortable with light photo/video editing
- Organized, efficient, and deadline-focused
- some familiarity with luxury, fashion
- LA-based preferred (for occasional in-person creative support but not required)
- Bonus if you have an interest in history specifically the 19th and 20th century
Skills: Adobe Suite or Canva, social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, linkedIn), copywriting basics
Details
- ~10–15 hours/week, mostly remote with occasional in-person sessions (if LA-based)
- Flexible scheduling, must be organized and able to hit deadlines
- This is a paid opportunity ($600/month) with room to grow for the right person
