Description
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have - Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management
- How many overall years of experience should this person have - 2 years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.
- PCLD is End User Computing, does not need any Data Center Experience. We are looking for 2 years of PC Support experience.
- Processing asset returns both in person and returned in lockers or by mail
- Performing hardware testing on assets using a Linux based USB stick
- Tracking of assets for general asset management
- Cleaning of assets
- Erasing of SSD's
- Other logistical duties as assigned
