The Resource Capacity Manager at OTS will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of personnel required to support the delivery of services to a consortium of credit unions. This role involves resource planning, allocation, and optimization to ensure projects and operations are delivered effectively and efficiently. The Resource Capacity Manager will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Delivery to align resources with strategic objectives, maintain high service quality, and foster a collaborative work environment.
A person who will be successful in this role will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated. This person must be able to lead without direct authority and keep the team on task. Lastly, the ability to quickly understand our business and apply critical thinking skills to the job responsibilities will be very important to succeed in this role.

Resource Capacity Domain Maturity:
- Implement standards, tools and methodologies to streamline resource tracking and reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies in resource capacity management processes and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver organizational training to support resource capacity management best practices.
Resource Planning & Allocation:
- Identify and monitor technical resource allocations to support ongoing projects, operational tasks, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to ensure adequate resource coverage for all deliverables.
- Monitor resource utilization and capacity to ensure optimal performance.
- Support OTS resource managers in identifying resource needs and changes from intake to closure.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for resource allocation estimations, concerns and escalations.
- Work closely with the Manager of Strategic Delivery to align resource management strategies with organizational priorities.
- Partner with resource managers and consortium stakeholders to forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.
- Ensure transparent communication of resource availability, constraints, and changes to stakeholders.
Reporting & Metrics:
- Establish, track and report on resource utilization and availability metrics.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on resource planning and allocation status.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in resource capacity management, project coordination, or operations management, preferably in a technical or service-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of resource capacity management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Clarity or comparable PPM tool.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in or supporting financial services or credit unions.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Compensation and Benefits
- Target salary range for this position will $120,000-$130,000 depending on qualifications
