We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team to help advance our mission through seamlessly executed marketing campaigns and systems. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of OpenAI by executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise with marketing automation tools and a detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.This role is based in our San Francisco, CA HQ or New York city office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.In this role, you will : Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across GTM teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.Utilize marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, event platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), project management tools, and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance.Develop and maintain campaign channels, ensuring the availability of supporting templates and processes.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in RevOps, GTM, Growth, Comms, and Marketing.Conduct interviews and capture user stories to map out key campaign channels and determine service level agreements (SLAs) and campaign intake architecture.
