In pursuit of this mission, our Revenue Operations team is responsible for equipping and enabling the Go To Market (GTM) as they seek to help customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.
About the role
Our GTM team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Engineer with advanced Apex, LWC, and API development background. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable systems that drive our end-to-end sales and revenue operations.
You will be a key player in building the foundational infrastructure to enable a world class GTM organization that helps customers evolve their industries with AI. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to define and implement a scalable and repeatable user experience for our GTM stakeholders as they go about their day-to-day order execution and deal management workflows.
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA HQ or our New York city office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you'll :
Working with the product managers in each focused product area, architect and implement scalable automation and processes within the GTM Systems ecosystem.
Establish best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, release management, and CI / CD pipelines.
Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical advisor to cross-functional teams.
Stay current on new Salesforce capabilities, ensuring the business maximizes its tech investments.
You might thrive in this role if you have :
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions in fast-growing companies.
7 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, LWCs, and system integrations.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving and system architecture skills.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Application Architect) preferred.
Prior experience or familiarity in the AI industry
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems and CPQ solutions.
