Responsibilities :
- Read and understand spec sheets or work orders.
- Understand Daily Schedule to meet production demand.
- Cross train and adhere to product development standards.
- Operate machinery to test coils as needed.
- Inspect coils during testing to ensure conformances.
- Adhere to all housekeeping and safety standards, including the required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Competency using electric calculators and entering data in the system.
- Competency using computers and logging data
- Documentation and calculation involved with the wire testing.
- Must be able to calculate test results to determine if product acceptance or rejection.
- Knowledge of appropriate industry standards such as IEEE and IEC.
- Attention to details when creating reports.
