About The Role:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to help lead the Scrum and Kanban teams within the Technology department with moderate to high complexity work streams. As part of this role, you will be coaching team members, proactively eliminating any barriers, and working closely with Engineering Leadership, Product, and other stakeholders to plan and execute product delivery. You will be an integral part of a growing Engineering team.

About The Role:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to help lead the Scrum and Kanban teams within the Technology department with moderate to high complexity work streams. Job Duties:
- Serves, leads, coaches, and supports multiple internal and external Agile teams (onshore and offshore)
- Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and agile practices (such as daily standups, sprint review meetings, retrospective meetings, etc.)
- Resolves impediments, and manages risks and issues
- Plan, track, and ensure transparency around delivery progress, quality, and schedule
- Reviews and provides feedback on tools and processes in the Agile space
- Monitor and report on team/project progress based on accurate dashboards, reports, and metrics using Agile management tools such as Jira
- Conduct accurate capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Create an environment that facilitates collaboration and self-organization for the team.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum and Kanban framework.
- Strong experience using JIRA including managing JIRA workflows, dashboards, and metrics.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to different audiences to ensure understanding.
- Comfortable operating in an environment with a high level of accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or four or more years of experience in related field
- 3 - 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- CSM Certification, strongly preferred

- 3 - 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
