We’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead all marketing facets for a priority customer segment. This high-impact role owns the full marketing strategy—partnering with sales, product, and customer success to create and execute campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The ideal candidate can balance strategy with execution, translating customer insights into measurable marketing impact. You’ll build and run a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals, continuously tracking and optimizing results.

Job Duties
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for your assigned customer segment that outline how quantifiable goals will be achieved.
- Collaborate closely with sales to uncover segment-specific needs, challenges, and buying behaviors.
- Leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to engage with segment.
- Craft compelling messaging and creative that resonates with key segment.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Create high-impact content such as blogs, white papers, sell sheets, press releases, sales decks, training materials, social posts, ads, and emails tailored to your core segment
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Proven experience (5 years) in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels, HubSpot, and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across departments.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working hands-on.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-starter. Comfortable helping to drive change and working with ambiguity.
- Highly organized, focused, and results-driven, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
