About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting top talent to scheduling interviews and, managing candidate logistics, maintaining communication with candidates, and providing administrative support to hiring managers and recruiters. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to assess candidate fit, and a passion for building strong teams.
What You'll Do
- Support internal recruiting and recruiting coordinating efforts for the organization'
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and build a pipeline of potential talent for future hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication, and ensuring candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions
- Balance inbound applicants & outbound hunting for internal candidates
- Conduct initial round one interviews and coordinate hand-offs / next steps with managers
- Assist with day to day TA operations and coordination
- Additional duties as assigne
