About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking an experienced and creative Web Developer to turn our brand vision and testing hypotheses into high-performing web experiences across multiple brands. This position will work closely with our design and marketing team, supporting a variety of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing user-friendly, interactive features, coupled with a strong emphasis on optimizing website performance.
NOTE : This is a hybrid role. It will require working onsite at our Des Moines office Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.
What You'll Do :
Duties will include, but not be limited to
- Own the development of our website and landing pages.
- Manage 3rd party agencies for additional development support when required.Work closely with our web design team to translate brand vision and user experience insights into high-performing code.
- Work closely with our SEO team to build and maintain world-class technical SEO and site speed standards.
- Work closely with our conversion rate optimization team to quickly deploy experiments to drive higher conversion and expedite our growth.
- Create HTML for marketing emails within HubSpot

Who You Are
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.

Remote Salary Range
95,000-$115,000 USD
