Bill Knight Collision is looking to hire motivated individuals into our Body Shop Apprentice Program. This is a full-time position with pay and benefits and is a work as you learn program.
We provide you with all the training and tools!
We have an easy to follow, step by step training program that guides you from entry level shop work to being a highly paid auto body technician.
Learn a high demand skill and build a strong career in the body shop! These skilled trades are growing more and more in demand and can't be replaced by computers.
Start at an entry level position either washing cars or helping in our estimating bay
You are given a training program to start learning basic skills in the shop
As you progress through the program, you are given more specialized tasks and pay raises as you advance your skills
Within 3-4 years, you can become a commission based Auto Body Technician, making $70,000 in the shop
