As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Bill Knight Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
- Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
- Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
- Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve departmental concerns, routing issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
