Customer Onboarding is the engine that drives OpenTechs success. When customers make the important decision to purchase our products and services, we understand that their Onboarding experience sets the tone for our partnership going forward. The Onboarding Project Coordinator helps our team bridge the gaps between people and technology through smooth and successful installations and implementations. The pay range starts at $23 per hour depending on experience. There are no supervisory duties.
What Youll Do
- Support exceptional customer care through excellent communication and responsive follow-through
- Maintain, update and coordinate project calendars
- Manage schedules for our technicians, meeting or renegotiating deadlines
- Work with other teams to properly set and meet customer expectations
- Provide implementation start and end dates, tracking information, and delivery confirmations
- Oversee, coordinate and report on backlog progress
- Provide input and assist our Onboarding Specialists with escalations to other teams or management
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Suggest workflow improvements
- Maintain solid internal and external customer relationships
- Learn, develop and maintain a working knowledge of OpenTechs products and services
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to help
- Assist the Onboarding Manager with special projects and training
- Ability to focus on details as well as processes
- Aptitude for learning technology, including systems, software and hardware
- Track record in customer support, team planning, scheduling, dispatching or project planning
- Multi-tasker with solid prioritization and organization skills
- A positive force, excited to learn and apply new skills and information
- Excellent and persuasive interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications
- Competency in basic math skills and computation
- Microsoft Office/365 proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics)
- Comfortable with or ready to learn about creating, running and interpreting reports
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products (Dynamics, Microsoft, etc.)
- Interested in a career with growth potential
- Associates or bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, knowledge, skills and experience
Salary : $23
