As a Subject Matter Expert with OpenText Professional Services means spearheading transformative initiatives within Information Management. As a Client Director, you will drive business growth by fostering deep client relationships and delivering strategic solutions that maximize ROI for our customers. Your influence will extend across sales, business development, and customer success, positioning you as a pivotal player in shaping organizational strategy and client outcomes.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Lead strategic engagements with key clients to understand their technology landscape, growth plans, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the primary liaison for OpenText Professional Services, expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through proactive relationship management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that address client priorities and pain points, orchestrating cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Achieve Services booking targets by driving opportunities from inception to closure, adhering to sales strategy and governance processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting Delivery to ensure seamless handover and execution of client commitments.
- Shape and negotiate deals that align with client needs and compliance standards, leveraging the complete Services portfolio.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in internal systems to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
