As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at OpenText, you will be a critical bridge between our cutting-edge Content Cloud (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) solutions and our customers' needs. Your primary focus will be driving sales by demonstrating technical expertise, understanding client challenges, and delivering value-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customers experience the full potential of OpenText’s enterprise information management solutions.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through OpenText’s solutions and capabilities.
- Partner with OpenText sales account executives to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer objectives in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, and Banking/Insurance industries.
- Conduct lunch and learn workshops, product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to identify customer business drivers (C-level initiatives) and relate them to OpenText Content Cloud and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- 2 years of experience on projects with a background in business/technical analytics.
- Knowledge in content management/workflow, AI, machine learning, or data analytics solutions, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud environments.
- Some experience with AI-driven automation projects, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, or predictive analytics.
- Strong ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business leaders while diving deep into technical discussions with IT teams.
- Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to deliver a compelling solution based on customer requirements.
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate business value
