Responsibilities for this Production Supervisor job include :
- Ensuring materials and supplies are in a positive flow
- Ensure machines are functional and the production personnel adhere to safety standards
- Properly organize and direct production staff to achieve a satisfactory workflow
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output

- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Qualications :
Shift Hours and Work Schedule : 2nd shift 4 : 00pm-2 : 00pm Monday-Thursday
Salary : $55,000-$58,000 depending on experience
