Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a seasoned Supervisor in Inman SC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company culture, providing support and leadership for your direct reports as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor. In a Textile Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for :
Production planning and scheduling
Quality control
Leading and motivating a team of production workers, providing training on new procedures, addressing performance issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Monitoring the condition of textile machinery, scheduling routine maintenance, and coordinating repairs with maintenance personnel
Inventory management
Performance monitoring
Reporting and communication
Ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental regulations within the textile manufacturing facility
