Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Freight Invoice Management : Process all inbound and outbound freight invoices (heavy volume).
- Freight Log Maintenance : Maintain an organized freight log and handle all correspondence with freight vendors.
- Issue Resolution : Work closely with shipping personnel to resolve any freight-related issues.
- Invoicing : Process daily invoicing for freight and other transactions.
- Credit Card & Freight Processing : Handle issues related to credit card and freight processing in a timely manner.
- Syspro Integration : Import freight invoices into Syspro, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Backup AP & AR Duties : Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable duties when needed.
- Compensation / Rep Incentive Plan : Compile data for compensation and rep incentive reporting each month.
- Commission Program : Process commission reports by running and using sales reports each month and inputting data into commission reports.
- Collect COI : Work with insurance companies to provide certificates of insurance for customers upon request.
