Full-time position with growing bookkeeping firm. This is a permanent position.
Requirements:
- Great organizational skills. Looking for someone who is self-motivated and will take initiative.

- Developing and managing spreadsheets
- Must understand that our clients are the lifeblood of our business
- Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, Chrome and IE experience required.
- Must be computer literate and self-motivated.
Responsibilities include:
- Phones/mail
- Scheduling
- File management
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Organizing internal business operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute work efficiently
- Prioritize tasks and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Making sure the office is running smoothly and efficiently
- General office duties include communicating with clients
Hourly pay commensurate with experience and proven abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
