Work environment is professional office setting in Louisville. This position is for a Administrative Assistant. This part time job typically is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday with a total of twenty hours per week. Please send your resume and cover letter to jbarkley@oparms.org
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, such as typing documents, filing papers, and answering phones.
- Provide a system that supports services of the agency putting systems into place to maintain files; coordinate with contractual employees; send out customer satisfaction surveys; marketing mailings; and social media posts.
- Lead performance quality improvement committee.
- Take minutes at Board Meetings.
- Adhere to established office policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Enter data into a computer; obtain and input information from databases or other sources using a computer.
- Handle a variety of tasks with the primary role of the position being organization and attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
