ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical service, and research. PAR’s Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) Program provides quality out-patient opioid maintenance therapy to individuals suffering from the effects of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for improving the competency of direct service staff and providing structured processes for them to learn and develop clinical skills. Provides opportunities for clinical staff to explore clinical practices, build theories, and examine how they may act in their professional roles. Develops a framework for evaluating clinical skills, abilities, and knowledge. Responsible for the supervision of counselors, oversight of family services, and monitoring TANF billing across clinical programming. This role also involves the implementation of the Invitation to Change curricula in outpatient settings and maintaining a small caseload as needed. The Clinical Supervisor ensures high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory requirements, while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to counselors with primary focus being family services.
Oversee the delivery of family services, including FIS and Motivating New Parents.
Manage and oversee TANF-billing programs and services.
Oversee Care Coordination services.
Implement and oversee the Invitation to Change curricula in outpatient settings.
Maintain a small caseload as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, agencies, and community partners.
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE :
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE :
Treatment program and office environment with occasional travel to different service sites across Pinellas County.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
