We specialize in residential shower door installations, mirrors, and glass railings, with a shop in Waltham and a team of 14 employees.
- Bookkeeping : Invoicing, A / P, A / R, reconciliations, cashflow planning, etc. in Quickbooks.
- Payroll & Benefits : Provide day-to-day HR support : Payroll (via Paychex), onboarding and benefits administration, coordinate safety trainings.
- Customer Service and Office (10% of the job) : Provide quotes, schedule jobs, keep the office organized.

Pay : $28 - $32 per hour

Hours : Full time, 8am – 4 : 30pm
